Well, it was a quiet weekend. I spent it at home doing health economics. I started reading a book by Paulo Coehlo. It is about a prostitute who is running from love but finds herself right in it regardless. Its very easy to relate to the character because like many of us she is torn between the adventure of life and following the rules of getting married, having kids and a house. I find this is a life long struggle for many and that because it is more socially acceptable we all choose the house and the kids. They say children give meaning to life and I don't doubt that for a second. However, we must live out our adventures. I think everyone is capable of doing this whether they are developing a career or not. All the cliches seem to ring true. Life is what you make it. Carpe Diem. etc. So, why are we so scared?
